Thing knocked off my Japanese Bucket List:

Have a sushi chef take a live fish out of it’s tank, cut it up and then serve it to me less than a minute later while the fish is still alive. (If you’ll watch, you’ll see it’s gills still moving.)

Yup. One less thing I have to do before I die.
